Robin brings insider knowledge and advocacy directly from the trenches of the advertising industry. With years of digital and traditional ad sales experience at Seattle’s largest media company (Sinclair), a degree in Communications from the University of Washington, and a certificate holder of Cornell University's acclaimed Digital Marketing Program, Robin is an advertising sage.

Respected for her ability to make sense out of the financial aspect of media investing, Robin founded Thrive to establish an advertising service niche independent of media ownership.  Harnessing over a decade of running Thrive this passionate entrepreneur is also a self-proclaimed finance nerd and millennial mom of four.

Danielle Gardner

With 14 years of versatile marketing experience rooted in an understanding of the creative agency setting, Danielle brings a wide-angle marketing lens to Thrive’s advertising niche. Danielle’s first-hand knowledge drives an organizational approach to understanding clients’ pressure points and translates into many of behind the scene systems that are in place at Thrive.

A professional background built upon developing comprehensive marketing strategy, brand and execution plans, her industry street cred ranges from clients such as multi-million high-rise developments, hospitality destinations, and    well-respected non-profits. A Gonzaga alum, Danielle will always stand by her March Madness bracket.

Nathan Spidle

Nathan Spidle collaborates with the Thrive team as a freelance Search Marketing Specialist. With over 15 years of experience in using IT to bring value to businesses, he understands how search engines work internally and uses that insight to help others understand how search marketing affects the bottom line. He is consistently involved in technologies that maximize usability and accessibility when optimizing large web sites as well as identifying problems and solutions that result in major cost saving strategies.

Nathan graduated with a degree in International Business Management from Arizona State University with multiple certifications in IT.

Steven Mace

Steven Mace is a Search Engine Marketing expert. Not just any “expert”, Steven started off his career in the U.S. Navy as a Cryptologist. While in the service he obtained his naval certification from the Center for Information Dominance as a computer and encryption guru. After years overseas perfecting his technical skills, Steven completed his term in the Navy and begun his civilian education. He graduated Phi Theta Kappa in Computer Science, holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology, a Master of Science Degree in Computer Science and is currently wrapping up his Doctorate in Business Management.

Steven managed $5,000,000 per month in global ad spend via Google/Yahoo for the Navy’s online recruitment process funneling soldiers via the web to join via numerous online ad campaigns during his time in the Navy, which gave him invaluable experience. Steve also collaborates with Thrive as a freelance specialist and is available to help your business scale to the next level through Search Marketing tactics.
