With two decades of experience, Robin shines as a seasoned Media Buyer, skillfully managing multimillion-dollar advertising investments for Thrive Advertising's clients. Her reputation thrives on dedicated advocacy for businesses and organizations, helping them create successful advertising campaigns within their existing budgets.

Robin's career began in ad sales for a major U.S. media company, which gave her a backstage pass to the advertising industry. That experience laid the groundwork for her eventual creation of Thrive Advertising. She holds a Communications Degree from the University of Washington and enriched her skills through postgraduate studies at Cornell University’s renowned Digital Marketing Program. Robin's experience and education allow her to build advertising campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Danielle Schafer-Gardner

With over 19 years of versatile marketing experience rooted in a creative agency setting, Danielle brings a wide-angle marketing lens to Thrive’s advertising niche. Danielle brings an organizational approach to understanding clients’ pressure points that translates into many of the internal operational systems that are in place at Thrive. With a professional background built upon developing comprehensive marketing strategies, brand, and execution plans, her industry street cred ranges from clients such as multi-million dollar high-rise developments, luxury hospitality destinations, and well-respected non-profits.

A Gonzaga alum, you'll find Danielle rooting for the Zags in her March Madness bracket. Danielle also has a Master's Degree in Legal Studies (MLS) from Seattle University School of Law, focused on Compliance and Risk Management. Keen on data privacy advocacy, her recent focus has been on data privacy in ad tech.
