Luma Condominiums was the first modern-design condo building to open in Seattle’s historic First Hill neighborhood in 34 years. By the day of the grand opening celebration, which Thrive negotiated as added value with Seattle Magazine, the condos were 75% sold! The 24-story tower was a 168-residence development at 1321 Seneca St with one-bedroom homes with views priced from the mid-$500,000s, and two-bedroom homes range from the high $700,000s to the low $1.3 millions.
After the incredible turnout at the grand opening event, the condos sold out within weeks. Our media buying strategy throughout the sales process adapted as each phase of the building was completed. We created a targeted ad buys that were designed to reach buyers with crafted messages (creative agency RED Propeller managed messaging and creative strategy) that resonated with each media’s demographics.
